Class Enrollment: By enrolling in our classes, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process. The enrollment is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to deny enrollment based on space constraints or other relevant factors.
Attendance Policy: Regular attendance is crucial for academic success. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and participate actively. Absences must be communicated in advance, and repeated unexcused absences may result in academic consequences.
Payment Timeliness: Tuition fees must be paid according to the specified deadlines. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of class attendance, withholding of academic records, or other administrative actions.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are not permitted after the payment has been processed. Please ensure that you are certain about your purchase before completing the transaction.
Communication Channels: Official communication will primarily be conducted through channels specified by the institution. It is the responsibility of the students to regularly check these channels for important announcements, updates, and information.
Code of Conduct: All students are expected to adhere to a high standard of conduct. Disruptive behavior, harassment, cheating, plagiarism, or any other violation of ethical standards may lead to disciplinary action, including expulsion from the program.
Class Video Recording Terms & Conditions: Some classes may be recorded for educational purposes. By participating in these classes, you consent to being recorded. The recordings will be used solely for academic purposes and may not be shared, distributed, or used for any other purposes without explicit permission.
General Terms and Conditions for Onsite Classes: Onsite classes are subject to specific rules and regulations regarding institute access, facilities usage, and safety protocols. Students are required to comply with these rules to ensure a conducive learning environment.
General Terms and Conditions for Online Classes: Online classes may require specific software, hardware, and internet connectivity. It is the responsibility of students to ensure they have the necessary resources and technical requirements to participate effectively in online classes.
Refund Policy:
By enrolling in any course at Code IT, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The institute reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Payment and Refund Policy: Once you pay for any course, you cannot ask for a refund. However, if you wish to change the course, you may do so after completing necessary formalities.
- Discount Policy: Code IT may offer discounts to students based on different scenarios and occasions. The institute is not liable to offer discounts to every student.
- Attendance and Certification Policy: You must attend a minimum of 95% of the classes to be eligible for the course certificate. Also, you must complete the final project assigned to receive the course certificate.
- Course Content Policy: You're strictly prohibited from sharing or promoting the course content provided by Code IT. The course material provided by Code IT is solely for the purpose of learning and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes.
Online Class Checklist for Students: Students participating in online classes are encouraged to review and adhere to the provided checklist. This may include items such as ensuring a stable internet connection, having necessary software installed, and actively engaging in virtual discussions.
By enrolling in our classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated through official channels. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the programme.
