Terms & Conditions for Students – Class Enrollment
By enrolling in our classes, students agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment Timeliness
All course fees must be paid in full within the specified deadline. Failure to complete payment on time may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment without prior notice.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
Once payment is made for any course, it is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
However, students may request to change their enrolled course before the class start date by completing the required formalities set by the institution.
3. Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be accepted after payment confirmation under any circumstances.
4. Discount Policy
Code IT may offer discounts to students based on special occasions, campaigns, or specific criteria. However, the institute is not obligated to provide discounts to every student.
5. Communication Channels
Official communication will be conducted through the institution’s designated platforms (such as email, student portal, or messaging groups). Students are responsible for regularly checking these channels to stay informed about announcements, schedules, and updates.
6. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional learning environment. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior during class
Harassment of instructors or fellow students
Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty
Violation of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent expulsion from the program without refund.
7. Internship Policy
Students must maintain a minimum of 70% attendance to be eligible for internship opportunities provided by Code IT.
8. Course Content Policy
Students are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or promoting any course materials provided by Code IT.
All content is intended solely for personal learning purposes and must not be used for commercial or promotional activities.
9. Software Policy
Any software, tools, or applications provided by Code IT are shared for learning purposes only. The institute will not be held responsible for any damage, data loss, security issues, or system failures that may occur from the installation or use of such software.
10. Class Video Recording Terms & Conditions
Some classes may be recorded for educational and quality purposes. By participating in these sessions, students provide consent to be recorded.
These recordings:
Are strictly for academic use only
Must not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission
Remain the property of the institution
Any unauthorized use or distribution of recorded content may lead to disciplinary or legal action.
11. Group Behavior & Anti-Bullying Policy
Students must maintain a respectful and supportive environment in all official communication groups (such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Discord, etc.).
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Personal attacks or bullying
Offensive, abusive, or disrespectful language
Targeting individuals based on personal opinions or background
Any student found engaging in such behavior may face disciplinary action, including removal from the group or course without refund.
