Terms and Conditions

  1. Punctuality:
    • Instructors are required to start and end their online classes on time as scheduled. Punctuality is crucial to ensure a seamless learning experience for our students.
  2. Class Recording:
    • Each online class must be recorded by the instructor.
    • The recorded video should be submitted to Code IT within 24 hours of the class completion.
    • Code IT reserves the right to use, edit, and distribute the recorded content for promotional and educational purposes, with the inclusion of the Code IT logo.
  3. Content Ownership:
    • Instructors retain intellectual property rights to their teaching materials.
    • Code IT holds the right to use the recorded class content for internal and promotional purposes, with due credit to the instructor.
  4. Logo Inclusion:
    • Instructors are required to include the Code IT logo in the recording of each class.
    • Code IT will provide the official logo for use, and it must be displayed prominently throughout the class.
  5. Payment :
    • Every two weeks, payments will be handled.
  6. Cancellation Policy:
    • Instructors must inform Code IT at least 15 days in advance if they need to cancel a scheduled class.
    • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a reduction of the instructor's revenue share for that class.
  7. Professional Conduct:
    • Instructors are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism in their interactions with students and Code IT crew.
    • Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the instructor's contract.
  8. Communication:
    • Instructors should respond promptly to communication from Code IT regarding scheduling, content, or any other relevant matters.
  9. Training and Development:
    • Instructors may be required to participate in training sessions provided by Code IT to enhance their teaching skills and stay updated on industry trends.
  10. Termination:
    • Code IT reserves the right to terminate the contract with an instructor for any violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Code IT management.

By applying to become a Code IT instructor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Code IT reserves the right to update these terms at any time with prior notice to the instructors.
